Founded in 2013, Nincar is a team of mechanical engineers specializing in industrial subcontracting. Based in the Lyon region, at the heart of the largest industrial zone in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Nincar addresses two major industrial needs: the supply of metal and plastic parts to specification for industrial clients, and the commercial development of subcontractors.

Jean-Philippe Termoz, founder of Nincar, comes from the industrial world. An entrepreneur at heart, with both technical and commercial skills, he has built strong experience in the field.
In 2013, he became aware of the challenges and the lack of commercial culture among subcontracting industrial companies. In the midst of a crisis at that time, his desire to preserve the Rhône-Alpes industrial fabric led him to create a turnkey service company dedicated to improving the commercial performance of industrial subcontractors and boosting their sales.
From the company’s beginnings, Jean-Philippe Termoz instilled a startup spirit within the company and among his team, promoting open-mindedness and sharing.
This openness and accelerated sharing of ideas, combined with a perfect understanding of industrial know-how and needs, make it possible to quickly match subcontractors seeking relevant business opportunities with manufacturers looking for effective and proven solutions for their parts or products.
